Custom Small Shower Art

I'm a long time fan of ugly baby's shower art but didn't think it was possible for me to order because I live in Europe.

Well the awsome team at ugly baby made my dream come through!!
It was a lengthy battle with customs and my Po-box but it finally worked on the third attempt!

Great care was put into my custom orders and the (together with the other pieces) turned out gorgeous and exactly how I pictured them.

My request for custom shower art was very particular and Ugly Baby really came through. I was thrilled to get a chance to review an image of the piece in advance. It's perfect :)

I received an email with photo of item asking if it was good for then to ship out a few days before it was sent. I hate to complain, but I'm not thrilled with it. In my reply to the email I did say that I was not really satisfied with the stickers they chose to use. They're pretty grey and vague looking and I have no idea what one of them even is. A blob. I did tell them to go ahead and ship it anyway...so this is somewhat on me. I hoped that my statement of dissatisfaction would prompt them to do the customer service thing and and find a solution before they sent it, despite my saying it's fine. Not sure what they were going for, if I was told that by a customer, I'd OFFER a solution rather than complacently ship it out regardless of their response. When it arrived it was packaged appropriately and shipped in a timely manner. I was going to gift this to someone, but opted not to. I have gotten one of these in the past from a friend and the other one I had (despite being lost) was perfect and appropriately paired with bright vibrant stickers. This one not so much. Id hate for it to be thrown away and in a landfill or something so I just said it's fine....but after some time with it, I do regret not more bluntly asking for something else to replace it.
